About Your Office Visit

Except in the case of an emergency, we prefer to see our patients by appointment. Please extend us the courtesy of a 24-hour advance notification if you need to cancel your appointment. The office is open Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

In Case of an Emergency

We are available 24 hours for emergent surgical problems. One of our surgeons can be reached through our answering service at (704) 864-8377. The operator will take your message and page the doctor on call. If you go to the emergency room and require surgical consultation, you can always request our group.

Referrals

We accept new patients by both physician and patient referral. An established patient's recommendation of our services is the highest compliment we can receive, and our appointment book is always open for one of your friends or family members. We work closely with all the doctors of Gaston County. If your family physician identifies a surgical problem, you may request us by name.

Fees and Insurance Policies

We are committed to providing the highest quality surgical care at reasonable cost. As a courtesy, our staff will file insurance claims at no charge. In many cases, we will be paid directly by insurance companies for covered services. Upon request, our office staff will talk with you prior to surgery about estimated fees and payment options. Our doctors are pleased to provide care to patients affiliated with area HMO's and PPO's.
